Hi! Welcome to my class. My name is Cynthia Mann, and I am in my 31st year in education. Working with children is my passion. I love to help them learn.

I am a native of the great state of Mississippi. Jackson was my home for 20+ years. My college career began at a small two year college in Newton, MS. From there I attended the University of Southern Mississippi and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. After teaching several years, The University of Oklahoma was where I earned a Master's Degree. I also attended Nova Southeastern University for post graduate studies.

My two boys are grown, and although they both tower over me, they will forever be my little guys. I have 7 grandchildren who make my world. I had the honor of keeping them from birth until they went to school, so I knew it was time for me to return to teach little ones. I feel certain that God's plan was for me to teach children, and I love everyday I get to do that. I am appreciative for my career at Coosada Elementary. This is a marvelous school with tremendously talented and dedicated professionals who have quickly become my friends.

It is such an honor to work with these sweet children this year. I trust they will gain much from this experience. Thank you for allowing me to teach your child.

This year began with this message and it still holds true. I have been so fortunate to watch your child learn and grow. They are delightful and have warmed my heart in so many ways. I cherish the time I have spent at Coosada Elementary. You are amazing parents and your support this year has meant very much to me. Thank you for entrusting your child to me. With mixed emotions, I send them off to ARIS. I will miss them, and wish only the best for their future. Love to you all, Cynthia Mann
