Hello!  My name is Danje' Washington, and this is my 3rd year teaching at Coosada Elementary! This is my 11th year teaching 1st grade, and I am so excited to be teaching your child this 2024-2025 school year!

My husband and I live in Wetumpka with our two year old son, Jaden. I graduated from Alabama A&M University with my bachelors in Elementary Education in 2011, and I graduated from University of North Alabama with my masters in Elementary Education in 2013. I love all things Harry Potter, Pokemon, and Auburn Tigers (War Eagle!). In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family and find ways to improve my teaching craft.
