Gifted and Talented Specialist 
Hello! My name is Zoie Frasier. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University in 2017 and my Master's Degree in Gifted Education from Troy University in 2023. This is my eighth year teaching in Elmore County. My favorite things in the world are Auburn Football, reading, and traveling anywhere and everywhere.
